Roundhouse

Located in MacEwan University, Roundhouse is a central hub for people to come together to make things better. It's a coworking space and an event space, with a focus on growing ideas that have a positive impact on our communities. During construction of the building, the foundation of an old railway roundhouse was found. A roundhouse is where train cars would arrive, change direction, and leave on a different track; a perfect metaphor for how this new space would foster growth and provide direction for emerging business ideas. This metaphor would also become the basis for the brand.
